Great staff and comfy stay!
Had a nice night here. The room was super cozy with a killer view. Staff totally made it, especially a guy named Scott. He surprised us with a birthday cake for my son, which was a super sweet touch. Only bummer was the elevators. they were really hit or miss. The bar area was nice, too!

The pool was fantastic, and I loved the gym facilities. The Skywalk made getting around super easy—especially in bad weather. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the city skyline. The check-in process was a breeze, and I got to my room quickly.
Felt safe, nothing too much trouble.

Great location and friendly staff
I recently stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room and found the accommodations to be very comfortable. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to restaurants and attractions. The staff were attentive and helpful, making my stay stress-free. However, I found the parking to be a tad pricey, which could be improved.

perfect base for city strolls and park views
I had an awesome experience recently as I was just a short walk from the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, where I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon, and the bustling eateries around Nicollet Mall made for great lunch options after my morning exploring.

missingWrote a review on Oct 18spacious gymhelpful staffpoor cleanlinessdamaged furniturelimited dining
The gym was a standout feature with its spacious layout and variety of equipment, making workouts enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness fell short, highlighted by a disheveled sofa and inadequate air conditioning. Additionally, the absence of room service and a full-service restaurant detracted from the overall experience, leaving dining options limited.

missingWrote a review on Sept 28spacious roomgreat desk setupprime locationexpensive parkingmalfunctioning phone
You can’t beat the location, right in the heart of the action! Plus, the spacious room with a savvy desk setup was a cherry on top for my work needs. Don't forget to hit up nearby spots like Hell's Kitchen for a wicked brunch—definitely a taste bud win!
But let’s be real, the $30 parking fee is a real wallet buster! Not to mention the phone in my room was a total dud. I couldn't even call the front desk when I needed some towels! That just doesn't vibe right.

The lobby was honestly amazing when we walked in, smelt like clean linen and the staff were super nice. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, which made it easy for my kids to relax after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still worth it in the end.
